Kunal’s Food Camp 


Objective 
The objective of this unique culinary workshop is to help the students & food enthusiasts build their skills & confidence with the latest techniques of cooking in the industry. This highly interactive & practical workshop will focus on bridging the gap between the current food trends in the world and the curriculum of the Hotel Management Institute.




Food Camp Content & Flow
Each food camp session would be unique & focus on molecular gastronomy, reinvention, plating techniques, cuisine & presentation, A 3 hour session with presentations, videos, theory and practical demonstrations with a chance for some students to work closely with Chef Kunal Kapur during the session.
This workshop is designed especially for students to learn basic & advanced molecular gastronomy, modern Indian food, important food facts, techniques of plating food, and anecdotes on how to face the campus interview and crack them.
During the workshop Chef Kunal also encourages students to ask questions and clear doubts about the industry and future trends.
Each attendee will be awarded with the Food Camp Completion certification by Chef Kunal Kapur.








Success Matrix
In our previous Food Camps we have had an encouraging footfall going upward of 200. Each workshop is attended by the college students, city bloggers, food journalists, General Managers & Exe Chefs of 5 Star hotels and local food enthusiasts selected by way of a contest on social media.
